Rules of Conduct & Discipline

  1. Teachers shall supervise the zero hour. Zero hour begin at 7:30 AM - 7:50 AM(Silent study time)
  2. Every student is expected to be present at the morning assembly at 7:50 AM sharp.
  3. Late comers absentees from the school will not be admitted to their respective classes without the principal's signature on the leave note/late arrival column.
  4. Strict regularity, obedience, courtesy in speech, and conduct, cleanliness of dress are expected from every student. Students must strictly confirm to the regulations laid down in this regard.
  5. The wearing of school uniform is obligatory.
  6. Any kind of damage to school property from school premises must be made good by the student.
  7. No books, newspapers or periodicals may be brought to the school without the sanction of the principal.
  8. No collection for any purpose whatsoever is to be made without the previous permission of the principal.
  9. All students must carry the school diary with them daily.
  10. All students must speak English in the school premises.
  11. Students are not allowed to visit the staff room.
  12. Fine may be imposed by the principal for irregularity, indiscipline or damage to the school property.
  13. No student is allowed to go home during school hours. Parents, it is strictly forbidden to take your ward between the school hours. You have programme arranged(marriage, outing) take full day leave and no half day.
  14. In case of illness, a medical certificate must be produced before you ward returns to school.
  15. If a student continues to be absent from class for a month without information to the principal and the class teacher, his or her name will be struck off from the rolls, and re-admission of the child will be made.
  16. No leave absence is granted without a written application signed by the parents and only for authentic reasons. The school accepts no responsibility if a student is obliged to return home during school hours for the non-compliance of any of the rules mere sending of an application is not sufficient, leave has to be sanctioned.
  17. If a student does not have 75% attendance of the total number of working days, he/she will not be considered for promotion.
  18. Habitual lack of interest and illness, action detrimental to the decision of the school, repeated failure in tests or examinations, insubordination are sufficient reasons, singly or together, to expel a student from the school.
  19. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any reported or objectionable conduct on the part of the pupils makes liable for disciplinary action.
  20. The Principal my punish a student in a manner suited to the offence.
  21. All the pupils must take part in drill and outdoor/co-scholastic activities, games. Students who can't do so on ground of health reason should produce a proper medical certificate.
  22. The school authorities do not hold themselves responsible or the loss of money, books, articles or clothing of the students.
  23. Any article found by a student on the school premises is to be handed over to the principal.
  24. Parents are strictly forbidden to enter any class or meet any teacher during school hours without the written permission from the office. Parents are advised to meet the class teacher only when parents-teachers meeting is arranged.
  25. Remember, too little habitual idleness, neglect of home work, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of the staff from the side of parents as well as student will lead to dismissal of a student.
  26. The school is not responsible for the books, tiffin box or any other particles which may be lost or stolen. Any articles found in school and not claimed shall be disposed off after one week.
  27. All matters regarding Examination and promotion are left entirely to the school authorities and their decision shall be final.Annual papers will not be shown.
  28. Parents are free to purchase books, copies, bags, uniform, etc. from any shops
  29. Teachers/students are not allowed to come to school on motorcycle without licenses.
  30. Students are not allowed to bring mobile phone to the school premises.
  31. During school hours students are not allowed to go outside school premises without permission from the principal or in charge of discipline.
  32. Students and parents are not allowed to give personal gifts to teachers.
  33. The parents who wish their children in this school have to follow the above mentioned rules and any further changes will be made by the management.
